"We can't search 'out there' for peace ~ we already have it ~
if we'd just stop disturbing it."

Whatever our spiritual path, there is a deep peace
that lies at our core. How do we connect with equanimity, compassion, joy and peace? Join us to reconnect with these aspects of our being. Our days will be loosely structured around exploring both the ways in which we disturb our inner peace then developing personal tools and practices leading to a more joyous, peaceful, satisfying and aware life.

Topics for Exploration

  • The roles quiet and nature have in our well-being, and in re-discovering deep peace.
  • Conscious response to the dynamic gift of giving and receiving with the universe and those around us.
  • Intuition, mindfulness and heartfelt clarity around decision-making and our responses to adversity
  • Presence and Acceptance in the moment. Seeing problems as genuine opportunities
  • How attention energizes and intention transforms our endeavors
  • The importance offlexibility, detachment and resilience
  • Our purpose in life: How am I unique? Why am I here?
  • What is the divine to me? How do I strengthen my awareness of the divine to allow it to become an active partner in my life?
